The event is November 30th, 2009, at the Sheraton Dover Hotel.

BANQUET:
Reservations and tickets sales for the Inaugural Banquet must be made by November 1st at our corporate office or online reservations at our web site, or by sending a check to cover the number of tickets desired to the P.O. Box 1329,
Dover, Delaware 19901 before November 1st, 2009.  Ticket prices are based on seating venue;
The Bishop’s Dais Guest $150.00, $100.00 Laity Subscription. Groups or table of 8’s (eight) tickets are available but must be made as one set of tickets, this is necessary to keep the event orderly. Group tickets will be sent back to the individual that paid for distribution.

Tickets are being sold and sent out on a first come-first served basis and we would urge anyone planning to attend to act sooner rather than later because there are only 1400 tickets available, which include our complimentary guest tickets.  We have some time beyond the November 10 deadline for orders if any tickets remain, which seems highly unlikely at this point due to the fact this will be a international event, and bishops, friends and family will be coming from all over the country. It will be highly unlikely tickets will be available at the door at the day of the event.

Souvenir Journal well wishers will be NOVEMBER 10th, 2009. Our goal is to celebrate a leader chosen of God, who will take the work of the gospel to another level. Our Theme; Chosen For such a time as this, Esther 4:14. It is requested that your finished ad or letter be uploaded at our web site, or call the corporate office for more complete instructions.

HOTEL:
The room rate is $99.00 + taxes.  Reservations are assured if made by November 23rd.  After that date you will get that rate only if rooms are still available.  You must request a room under the “Bishop Thomas Holsey” block.
